With his outrageous public behavior and very controversial comments on race and religion, rapper, businessman and fashion designer Kanye West has always maintained his status as a darling of controversy. The iconic fashion house Balenciaga has now decided to cut all ties with West.
The revelation that West will no longer be part of the iconic fashion label was finalized in a statement issued by Balenciaga’s parent company, Kering. In the statement, it was stated that Balenciaga had no current relationship with the artist and had no plans to do so in the future.
“Balenciaga no longer has a relationship with and has no plans for future projects related to this artist,” read the statement.
