Last month, the company said that “We inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. 30th July, 2022, inter alia, considered and approved the following: 1. Issue of Bonus Shares Improvement approved in the ratio of 2:3* i.e. 2 new fully paid-up equity shares for every 3 existing fully paid-up equity shares held by the shareholders by replacing the previous resolution passed by the shareholders through postal ballot resolution on July 14, 2022, 11th AGM subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The company said the bonus issue has been created out of free reserves available till March 31, 2022. “Pre Bonus Issue is Paid Up Capital 6,67,00,000 which includes 66,70,000 equity shares 10 each and post bonus issue paid up capital will be up to Rs. 11,11,66,660 includes existing 66,70,000 equity shares and bonus shares up to 44,46,666. 10 each,” it added. The estimated date by which such bonus shares will be credited/ remitted is September 21, 2022, the company said.
