Prayagraj’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA Raju Pal murder case, Sasta Abdul Kavi surrendered in a local court here on Wednesday. In the year 2005, Special Court Magistrate Yasha Sharma sent most of Abdul Kavi to the charge till April 7 after the witness surrendered in the court in the MLA Raju Pal murder case. On this application, the court ordered him to judge in the trial judge, after that the court ordered the judge to give a copy of the prosecution form and fixed the date for the hearing in the court to hear Lettervalley. Abdul Kavi was deaf for the last 18 years. Tragically, on January 25, 2005, Raju Pal, the BSP MLA from Allahabad West, was shot dead in broad daylight. Devi Pal and Sandeep Yadav were also killed in this incident, while two others were seriously injured.

Pooja Pal, wife of Raju Pal, had lodged an FIR in the murder case at Police Station Dhumanganj (Prayagraj) and named former MP Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf alias Khalid Azim. On April 6, 2005, after the investigation of this murder case, the police issued a charge sheet against 11 accused, including Atiq and Ashraf. In the year 2009, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBIBI) had named Abdul Kavi in ​​the charge sheet. However, the case could not progress due to his absence.
