The current heartthrob of the country, Kartik Aaryan is all set to woo anyone with his dapper looks. The actor has seen a sharp climb from his ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ days and recently featured in another blockbuster ‘Dhamaka’ which has been garnering praises since its release. But all the success and fame doesn’t stop Kartik from enjoying the simple things in life. A foodie himself, Kartik is often seen enjoying a sumptuous plate of his favorite dish on roadside stalls or stalls. In the most recent picture uploaded by the actor on social media, he can be seen enjoying yet another delicious treat for his Sunday lunch. But this time, it’s not a local delicacy; In fact, what the actor is busy conjuring up is none other than a thakli thali (Nepali thali).

It comes with dal, bhaat (rice), tarkari (vegetable), khasi ko masu (mutton curry) with papad, seasonal vegetables, saag along with few other additions; Always topped with a dollop of ghee. On Kartik’s Nepali thali, we can see a bowl of sarson ka saag, which is called ‘rayo ko saag’ in Nepali. Next to this is ‘kalo dal’, which is black lentils made with a special tempering of ‘jimbu’, a Himalayan herb commonly used to make traditional lentils. Along with this, there is a bowl of paneer curry, rice and some pakoras on the shore which is called ‘Phulaura’ in Nepali. Nepali Cuisine Simple and delicious, and looks like Kartik is enjoying it to the fullest on his cheat day.
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan’s recent release has garnered praise from fans and followers. He will next be seen in a comedy-horror ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, a sequel to the superhit 2007 film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’. Kartik will also be seen in ‘Freddie’ with Alaya F and ‘Shehzada’ with Kriti Sanon.
