Four members of a family, including two children, died on the spot when a parked truck hit them near Karehalli in Channarayapatna taluk on Saturday night.
Lokesh Chari and his wife Lakshmi along with their two children were traveling on the two-wheeler on the Naggehalli-Tiptur road when they met with an accident. Lokesh Chari rammed the truck, killing four.
Naggehalli police reached the spot and sent the bodies for postmortem.
