Telangana IT and Industry Minister KT Rama Rao received an invitation from the French government to speak at the ‘Ambition India Business Forum’, which will be held at the French Senate in Paris on October 29, 2021.
French Ambassador Emmanuel Lenin said in a letter to the minister, “We believe that this creates a great momentum between France and India and will provide a good opportunity for the promotion of the state of Telangana. I therefore wish you I would like to invite you to personally participate in Ambition India 2021, the keynote speaker after the Round Table Conference titled ‘Development: Drafting the Future of Indo-French Relations in a Post-Covid Era’.
“It will be an honor for us to welcome you to the French Senate and to hold high-level meetings with French investors for you,” he said.
KTR expressed happiness on receiving the invitation and said that it will be a great global platform to highlight the existing investment opportunities in Telangana.
Several roundtables on doing business in India, healthcare, climate, digital transformation as well as agribusiness will be held later, while the afternoon session will be entirely devoted to B2B meetings between French and Indian companies.
The business event, organized under the patronage of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, aims to promote trade and investment relations between France and India. It enables companies to be aware of the challenges of the Indian market as well as learn more about investment opportunities through updates on economic policies and regulatory specifications of the Government of India.
During the last Ambition India edition, the forum hosted virtually 700 participants, online in two sessions with over 400 companies, eager to learn more about bilateral collaboration.
