Toothache can be extremely uncomfortable. It can cause problems with concentration, sleep and other health problems. There are many causes of tooth pain – gum disease, injury to the mouth or jaw, tooth decay, abscessed or infected teeth, and sinus infections.

Many people experience more pain at night. This is because when you lie down, more blood can flow to your head, putting pressure on sensitive areas. This can cause pain in the teeth which can disturb your sleep.
