A dough is prepared by mixing boiled potatoes, flour, cottage cheese and some seasonings. It is then cut in the shape of a moon and fried till it turns crispy golden brown. Here’s how to make Potato Moon Pops:

1. Grate two big potatoes in a large bowl. Add chilli flakes, pizza seasoning and salt to taste. Add 3 to 4 tbsp all purpose flour.

2. Add grated processed cheese to give it a cheesy twist. Add a teaspoon of baking powder. Make a dough by mixing all the ingredients.

3. Divide the dough into two equal parts and make a big sized ball. Take one ball and roll it into medium thickness.

4. With the help of cookie cutter start cutting the shape of moon. After it is done, heat the oil and fry till it becomes crispy and golden.

5. Serve hot Aloo Moon Pops with hot tea or sauce.
