Fuel prices hiked for the third day in a row; Petrol Violation Rs. 109/L mark in Mumbai

Petrol prices in Mumbai have increased by 29 paise, currently retailing at Rs. 109.25 per liter while diesel prices in the city increased by Rs. 38 paise and stands at Rs. 99.55 per litre.

Domestic fuel prices have been increased for the third consecutive day across India. With the latest rate hike, petrol and diesel hit new all-time highs. According to the details listed on the oil retailer’s website, petrol prices in Delhi increased by 30 paise to Rs 103.24 per liter from Rs 102.94 per liter, while diesel went up by 35 paise to Rs 91.77 per liter. In Mumbai, petrol has crossed the Rs 109 mark after a price hike of 29 paise, currently retailing at Rs 109.25 while diesel is priced at Rs 99.55 per litre.

In Kolkata, petrol prices went up by 29 paise to ₹103.94 per liter while diesel rates went up to ₹94.88 per litre, an increase of 35 paise. Petrol prices in Chennai have increased by 26 paise to Rs 100.75 per liter, while diesel rates in the city have gone up by 33 paise to Rs 96.26 per litre. At the same time, petrol in Bangalore reached ₹ 106.83 per liter, while the price of diesel reached ₹ 97.40 per liter. Two auto fuels in Hyderabad are ₹ 107.40 per liter and ₹ 100.13 per liter respectively.

Fuel prices are the most expensive in Rajasthan’s Sriganganagar as customers will now have to pay ₹115.23 per liter for petrol and ₹105.72 per liter for diesel. Petrol in Anuppur reached ₹114.58 per liter, while diesel is being sold at ₹103.40 per litre. In Bhopal, customers will now have to pay Rs 111.76 for petrol and Rs 100.80 for diesel. In Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh, two auto fuels cost ₹114.18 per liter and ₹103.04 per litre. In Parbhani district of Maharashtra, the price of petrol has gone up to Rs 111.81 per liter while the price of diesel has gone up to Rs 100.48 per liter.
