Eligibility Criteria:
- Senior Superintendent (Hindi): Applicants should possess a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks in Hindi Literature or Hindi with English as a subject. Additionally, candidates must have at least eight years of translation experience between Hindi and English.
- Senior Chemist: A Master’s degree in Chemistry with at least eight years of experience is required.
- Foreman (Electrical): A Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks and two years of experience is necessary.
Age Limit:
Senior Superintendent (Hindi), Senior Accountant, Senior Superintendent (HR), Senior Chemist: Up to 50 years
Foreman (Electrical), Foreman (Instrumentation), Foreman (Mechanical): Up to 40 years
Salary Structure:
- Senior Positions (Hindi, Accountant, HR, Chemist): Rs 35,000 to Rs 1,38,000 per month
- Foreman Positions (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical): Rs 29,000 to Rs 1,20,000 per month
Selection Process:
Candidates will be evaluated based on a Trade Test, Computer Efficiency Test, or Translation Test, depending on the position.
