Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry.
Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry has once again become the subject of memes and trolling on social media, in which his video has gone viral in which he is referring to garlic as ‘ginger’ (ginger).
In a clip shared on Twitter, Pakistan’s federal minister, who is addressing a press that seemed to be on inflation, was heard saying “garlic adrakh hai”, which is two different very common herbs. There are herbs, which are widely used in cooking around the world.
For information, let us tell you that in Hindi, garlic is called ‘garlic’ while ‘adrakh’ is called ginger.
While it is not a big deal to get confused between these two herbs, the minister is being implicated due to lack of information on social media.
