According to the complaint lodged by the father of the 14-year-old girl, his daughter was abducted from her school by three youths during a sports event on December 18 last year.
A Class VIII girl student was allegedly gang-raped by three youths and abducted from her school at a village in Sohna area, police said on Sunday.
All three also made an objectionable video of him and uploaded it on social media.
DCP South Upasana said that the police is conducting raids to nab the accused and medical examination of the girl has been done.
According to the complaint filed by the father of the 14-year-old girl, his daughter was abducted from her school by three youths, Mayank, Gaurav and Harish, during a sports event on December 18 last year. They took her to a hilly area and took turns to rape her. He also threatened to kill if he told anyone about the incident.
My daughter kept it with her till she came to know about the video on Saturday. I asked him about it and he narrated the entire incident to me,” the father wrote in his complaint.
Following the complaint, an FIR was registered against the three accused under IPC sections 363 (kidnapping) and 376-DA (gang rape of a woman below sixteen years of age) and section 13/6 of the POCSO Act at Sohna Sadar police station Was. Saturday.
Police said that two of them are students studying in class 11th and 12th of another school. The third is drop out.
After receiving the complaint, the FIR was registered without any delay. The DCP said that the accused have been identified and will be arrested soon.
