Goa: Vishwajit Rane, Nilesh Cabral best suited to be CM: Sudin Dhavalikar | Goa News – Times of India

Panaji: mgpRamakrishna ‘Sudin’ Dhavalikar Said on Saturday that Health Minister Vishwajito Narayan Rane And power minister Nilesh Cabral is eligible for the next chief minister’s post in case BJP forms the government.
“There is no one in the BJP to match the level of Rane and Cabral,” Dhavalikar said. He said that Rane and he meet every three to four days, but their meeting is not related to politics. We have old ties with the Rane family and it should not be mixed with politics.
As far as government formation is concerned, Dhavalikar said he has made his stand clear on excluding persons with criminal and corruption cases against him. He said that they should be kept separately.
The MGP executive committee will meet after March 10 to decide on the formation of the new government, Dhavalikar said, adding that since they are in alliance with the TMC, the two parties will sit together and decide on government formation. “This time we will see change in Goa.”
He demanded cancellation of postal ballots and said that EVMs should be kept in the offices of Mamlatdars so that the officers on duty can cast their votes. Two days should be kept for voting, Dhavalikar said.
Their demand comes after an allegation that politicians are forcing and bribing voters to cast their votes in their favour.
