On April 8 (Saturday), there was a marginal decline in gold prices. Currently, the price of 24K gold (10g) is Rs 60,870 while that of 22K gold (10g) is Rs 55,800. In the last 24 hours, both pure gold and standard gold declined by Rs 110 and Rs 100 respectively.

At present, pure gold is trading above Rs 61,000 across cities in Tamil Nadu. The 24K gold price in Chennai (10 grams) is ₹61,530 while the standard gold price (10 grams) is ₹56,400. Similarly, the same prices have been observed from other major cities of Tamil Nadu such as Coimbatore, Erode and Madurai.

The standard gold price in Delhi is Rs.55,950 for 10 grams while the price for 10 grams of pure gold is Rs.61,020. The rate of 10 grams of 22 carat gold in Mumbai is Rs 55,800, while the rate of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 60,870. The standard gold price in Kolkata is Rs.60,870 for 10 grams, while the price for 10 grams of pure gold is Rs.55,800.

Gold price in Hyderabad is ₹60,870 for 10 grams of 24K and ₹55,800 for 10 grams of 22K gold. Pure gold (10 grams) rate in Ahmedabad is Rs.60,920 and standard gold (10 grams) rate is Rs.55,850. In Jaipur, 10 grams of pure gold is at Rs.61,020 and 10 grams of standard gold is at Rs.55,950.
