Google has announced this through an official blog post titled ‘More helpful writing tips in Google Docs’. According to the blog post, the company has added extensive suggestions to docs while writing an article.
As part of the new additions, Google Docs will now show suggestions for alternative words, using the active voice, making sentence structure more concise, using more inclusive language, and using potentially inappropriate words.
Google Docs will now underline suggestions with a purple color to inform users.
Who will get the new features
According to the blog post, the company is currently rolling out the Tone and Style feature to Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus and Enterprise Plus subscribers.
On the other hand, Word Warning will be available for Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus, Education Fundamentals, Education Standard, Education Plus, Teaching and Learning Up.

The company has started a gradual rollout of the new features from March 31 and it will take around 15 days to reach all the users.
