Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday said that the YSR Congress Party government has failed to implement flood relief measures during the Godavari floods. He said that though the flood level in the river has started receding, the problems of the people are increasing due to lack of proper cooperation from the government.
He said the government was not prepared to face the floods and take relief measures and only a few relief centers have been set up.
The government failed to provide boats for transport and food to the victims. He said the government did not pay the bills to boat owners who had provided boats for the floods two years ago.
