For this, he submitted, GMC had floated a tender and the process of scrutiny of technical and financial bids was already over and GMC officials are awaiting administrative approval from the state government to award the tender to the successful bidder. Were. He also said that once the approval is given by the state government, tender will be given to start the work at the earliest.
Appreciating the steps taken by the GMC, the court said, “We are of the view that the said tender process should be concluded at the earliest… We would like to know from both the GMC and the State when this tender process is over. The successful bidder will be concluded by awarding the award so that the work can be started at the earliest without any delay.”
