The captivating ad shows how the organization turned it into the first layer of interviews for applicants. He did this by hiding his phone number within an equation.

The intriguing ad is so amazing that even business tycoon Harsh Goenka shared the short four-line poster on his Twitter account. “Saw this ad,” he wrote in the caption with a smiley emoji.

Mr Goenka shared the picture of the ad on Saturday evening, and it has since collected over 1.8 million views and over 21,000 likes. Internet users were impressed by the unique technique of hiring math teachers. Many users also solved the equations.

Another said, “Moral of the tweet. A smart recruiter will definitely get a smart employee.”
