A Twitter user named Nicolas Lelouche asked Pei when the Nothing Phone (1) would get the Android 13 update. To this he replied “A product is more than just its specifications, features and version numbers.” But now the company has released an official statement regarding the roll out of Android 13 update on nothing phone (1).

In a statement to Android Authority, nothing said, “We are always working hard to improve the Phone 1 user experience. To ensure this, operating system updates will be made available for regular download. Android 13 With regard to, it will launch to Phone 1 users in the first half of 2023. Before release, we would like to fix software upgrades with Nothing hardware. We will make sure to keep you updated with more information.” So, this means that the Nothing Phone (1) will get the Android 13 update by next year.

The Nothing Phone (1) sports a 6.55-inch OLED display with 2400×1080 pixels resolution. The phone (1) comes with 60Hz-120HZ adaptive refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset specially designed for Nothing and runs on Nothing OS.
