Pollard vs GT during the match

IPL 2022, GT vs MI: Kieron Pollard had another poor performance in the game vs Gujarat Titans as he scored just four runs in 14 balls before dismissing Rashid Khan.

19(20) vs LSG, 10(14) vs RR, and 4(14) vs GT. These are their scores in the last three matches, including one match tonight. Pollard started trending on Twitter as soon as he got out, although for the wrong reasons.

While some fans wanted the match vs GT to be their last, others tweeted that it was over. Here are some responses.

Fans were also discussing with Pollard how Brevis should be replaced by Pollard.

As far as the match is concerned, GT won the toss and elected to bowl. Batting first, Rohit took MI to a flier as he smashed a blistering 28-ball 43.

Sharma’s opening partner Ishan Kishan looked in good form as the southpaw was dismissed for 45 off 29 balls. MI lost their way in the middle overs as Suriya, Pollard and Tilak could not contribute much. But, driven by Tim David’s 44 off 21 balls, MI eventually finished with 177.
