Hockey World Cup: Online ticket sales begin, India’s first three matches sold out

This will be the 15th edition of the Men’s Hockey World Cup. Hockey India is hosting the mega tournament for the second time, the first time being in 2018, which was won by Belgium.

Of the total 44 matches, 24 including the final will be played at the Kalinga Stadium while the others will be played at the Birsa Munda Stadium.

Sources said that 20,000 spectators can be accommodated at the Birsa Munda Stadium, which is the largest hockey stadium in the country, while the Bhubaneshwar facility has a capacity of 15,000.
