Continuing its CSR activities, Honda India Foundation, the CSR wing of Honda Group companies in India, has organized a two-day health check-up camp and community immunization drive at a COVID isolation center in Naurangpur, Gurugram. Earlier during the second wave of COVID-19, Honda India Foundation had set up temporary COVID care centers in Haryana and Rajasthan. The health check-up camps and vaccination drive were managed under the expert supervision of trained doctors and medical staff of All India Humanitarian Organization ‘Doctors for You’.

(More than 900 people participated in health camp and vaccination campaign)
The camp was successfully conducted in the presence of Dr. Sandeep Gupta, Chief Medical Officer, Primary Health Services, Kasan, Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana) as per the health guidelines of the District Administration and Government of Haryana. Over 900 people walked-in to the two-day health check-up and vaccination camp. While the health check-up facility was availed by over 500 citizens living in the surrounding areas, around 450 people were covered in the vaccination drive during the programme. As part of their ongoing efforts to facilitate healthcare and contribute to the country’s fight against COVID-19, these centers have provided primary health services, free OPD consultations to over 1,200 residents of Naurangpur (Haryana) and Tapukara (Rajasthan). and provided medicines.
