The Russian military on Monday announced a ceasefire in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and three other major cities to open humanitarian corridors. In addition to Kyiv, Russian forces will open fire in Kharkiv, Mariupol and Sumy, which are reported to have the maximum concentration of civilians, including Indians.
