The K-drama is consistently healthy and never strays too far from the friendships, jokes, and camaraderie that make up some of its best scenes.

While some of the overly elaborate medical procedures could have been pulled off, it’s the pace of the show especially in the second season that has been a bit lacking.
Even though the writing lags in some parts, it helps that the K-drama remains consistently healthy and doesn’t stray too far from the friendship, jokes and camaraderie that make up some of its best scenes. It’s the little moments; A surgeon offers to drive her weary trainees back home, a new mother leaves hot meals for the nurses caring for her baby in the NICU, the joy that sudden rain brings after a long day in the hospital, or a The child is telling that his guilty surgeon is the father that he understands that he is busy saving the universe.
There’s a lot of romance in the air this time around, and all credit to the writers for not letting it dominate other aspects of the show even once.

It’s a portrayal that can come across as tedious and annoying on screen, but Jung-suk is extremely likable and maintains his stellar screen presence from start to finish. it’s hard to believe that hospital playlist Mi-Do’s first K-drama role because she’s so natural.
In these rather turbulent times, Yulje and her doctors bring much comfort, peace and warmth to the show’s many fans each week. The makers of the show have indicated that there will be no third season in the near future, but here’s hoping that Yulje, Ujoo, Chairman Jong-soo, Ro-sa and everyone else’s favorite-music lover Surgeon return soon. .
