Hours after denying sexual harassment claim, Elon Musk suggests ‘scam name’

Just hours after a report claimed SpaceX paid an employee $250,000 to settle a sexual harassment claim against company founder Elon Musk, the billionaire not only denied the claim, but for the situation. Also suggested a suitable ‘scam name’. The billionaire said the attacks against him “should be viewed through a political lens.” Additionally, the Tesla CEO insisted that nothing would stop him from “fighting for a better future and the right to freedom of speech.”

Elon Musk Quote-tweeted his tweet from last year, where he suggested that if there was ever a scam about him, call it ‘Elongate’. “Finally, we get to use Elongate as the name Scandal. It’s kinda right,” he wrote.

Musk’s suggestion to look at the allegations from a “political lens” was made in clear reference to his changed voting preference. Earlier this week, the world’s richest man said he had voted Democrat in the past but would now vote for Republican.

Earlier, Musk had tweeted, “The M . attacks againstE should be viewed through a political lens – this is their standard (disgusting) playbook – but nothing will stop me from fighting for a good future and your right to free speech.”

Meanwhile, the billionaire denounced as “completely untrue” claims that he sexually assaulted a flight attendant on a private jet in 2016 in a news report on Twitter late Thursday. Reuters

This development comes after a report on Thursday business Insider Which claimed Musk’s SpaceX paid $250,000 in 2018 to settle a sexual harassment claim from an unnamed private jet flight attendant who accused Musk of exposing himself to her.

The article quoted an anonymous person as saying that she was a friend of the flight attendant. According to the article, the friend had made a statement as part of the private settlement process.

“I have a challenge to this liar who claims that his friend saw me ‘exposed’ – describe only one thing, anything (scars, tattoos, …) that is not known by the public. Will not be able to do it because it never happened,” Musk tweeted.

On Thursday evening, Musk was the first to tweet, “The attacks against me need to be viewed through a political lens – this is their standard (disgusting) playbook – but nothing makes me fight for a good future and your right to free speech.” Won’t stop it.” In the initial tweet, he did not specifically mention the allegations in the Business Insider article.

“And, for the record, those wild allegations are completely untrue,” Musk said in another tweet. He also tweeted that the article was intended to interfere with the Twitter takeover.
