Posting another update from her yoga diary, Sonali expressed, “On the contrary I feel great.”

The practice of AcroYoga combines acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage, using gravity and body weight to create stretching and strengthening poses. In recent years, new variants have emerged that focus more on the performance aspects.
