  3. After entering the correct details on the form, you have to go to the nearest RTO and submit it with the required information on

How to Apply Offline for Card and License?

When you are applying it in offline mode, you have to follow the steps:

  3. You have to pay the fee for the same and you have submitted the application

After this the license and card will be sent to the registered address of the person.

How to convert old license to new smart card?

  1. First you have to go to RTO with old license
  2. Now, get an application form to upgrade the license
  3. You have to fill the form with fee and you will get new license at given address

However, there is no process to convert old license into smart card online. Hence, you need to approach the nearest RTO to take suitable steps.
