To make this snack, first take three potatoes and mash them. Now put cumin seeds in a pan and let them crackle. Then add spices like red chili powder, black pepper, coriander powder and salt as per taste to the mashed potatoes. Cook together. Once done, let it come to room temperature.

Then, prepare a batter of pakoras by mixing gram flour, water, a pinch of baking soda and a little salt. Knead well.
