How to make Egg Pasta:

Component :
Penne Pasta – cup
Egg – 2
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green capsicum – cup
Ginger garlic paste – tsp
Red chili powder – tsp
Garam Masala Powder – tsp
salt to taste
Cumin – tsp
Oil – 2 tsp

Method:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. When it starts crackling, add chopped onion and fry it well. When the onion is roasted, add ginger garlic paste and fry well till the raw smell comes.

2. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry once then add red chili powder, salt and garam masala powder. Mix well and fry till the tomatoes are cooked.

3. Break 2 eggs and beat them. Add chopped capsicum while frying the eggs and mix well.

4. When the eggs are completely fried, add the cooked pasta and mix well until everything is well combined. When everything is mixed, switch off the flame and serve hot!
