To make this dish, mix eggs, salt and pepper and milk and take them out in a bowl. Now take a chapati and pour the egg mixture on it. Put 1 tsp butter in a pan and cook on high flame for half a minute without covering it. Add 1/4 of the egg mixture, swirl around to cover the base of the dish cover, and cook for another minute. Put a knife under it and take it out on a plate and keep it aside. Repeat the process until the desired number of rolls. Once done, take it out in a plate.

To make a dip with it, mix together curd, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves and enjoy!
