How To Make Eggless Pav In Less Than 30 Minutes

Breads are a big part of Indian cuisine. And no, we are not talking about roti, naan and other varieties of Indian bread. Here, we mean that simple toast you have every morning. A slice or loaf of bread, whether with tea, stuffed with butter or jam, stuffed like a sandwich, or in any other recipe, is always comforting and delicious. However, when it comes to this loaf, we always buy it from local stores or supermarkets and maybe from a bakery if you want a great bread. Till now hardly any of us think of making roti ourselves. Take a bowl and add milk, water, sugar and yeast to it. Fold everything gently. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix both the mixtures with a little oil and butter. Make a soft dough. Then keep this dough for an hour. When it puffs up, grease a pan and knead the dough in it. Then bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Then cut the bread into thick loaves and enjoy!
