2 – glass of water

10 – curry leaves

3 – carom (ajwain) leaves

1 tsp dry coriander

1 – tsp cumin

1 – cardamom

1 inch grated ginger

Take a big pot and put 2 cups of water in it and keep it on medium flame on the gas.

Now put all the ingredients like curry leaves, carom seeds, dry coriander, cumin, cardamom and grated ginger in the water.

When the water starts boiling, lower the flame and cover the vessel.

Turn off the gas after 5 minutes and leave it like this for a few minutes.

After this, filter the water with the help of sieve.

If you want, you can add black salt, lemon or honey to it to increase the taste. Your healthy drink is ready.
