Mango Pachadi Recipe: Method for making Mango Pachadi:

Firstly, in a mixing bowl beat the curd till smooth. Keep it aside. In a saucepan, add the chopped mangoes along with a little water. Cook them on medium heat till the mangoes become soft and mushy.

Put the mashed mangoes in the whipped curd. Mix turmeric, red chili powder and salt. For tempering, heat some oil in a separate pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves and dry red chilies. Fry for a few seconds till the spices release their aroma.

Pour the tempering over the mango-curd mixture. mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled! Mango Pachadi is ready!
