How to Make Paneer Lasun Pav for a Delicious Tea-Time Snack

1) Red Chilli Garlic Chutney – 1 tbsp

2) Cheese slices – 8

3) Pav (incision without cutting) – 4

4) Butter – 1 tbsp

5) Dabeli Masala – 2 tbsp

6) Dates and Tamarind Chutney – 1 tbsp

7) Salt to taste

8) Coriander chopped (for garnishing) – 2 tbsp

9) Masala Peanuts for serving

method:

Step 1: First of all take a non stick pan and heat some butter in it. Add red chili-garlic chutney and fry till the fat separates. You will see that the oil has started separating from the chutney.

Step 2: When You Add dabeli Add spices, date and tamarind chutney, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Switch off the flame and put the spices in a bowl.

Step 4: Take Some Pav And Make An Incision (Without Cutting It Completely). Spread the masala well inside the pav.

Step 5: Heat some butter in a non-stick tava (griddle). Open the pav and place them masala side up on the hot pan. Place two cheese slices on each loaf and fold them in half to form a sandwich.

Step 6: Roast the pav well from both the sides till you see that the paneer has melted and the pav has become crispy.

Step 7: Now, you have to plate the dish. During this step, place the pavs on a serving plate. Garnish them with masala peanuts, sev and coriander leaves. serve hot.
