How to make Paneer Moti Pulao Easy Paneer Moti Pulao Recipe:

Wash and soak the rice for some time. In a thick bottomed pan, boil the rice with ghee and whole spices like bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom etc. When it becomes 70%, keep it aside and prepare the pearls of cheese. Mix cheese and salt and mash it well. Fry it till it becomes light golden. In another pan, prepare the casserole by adding onions and peas along with rice and put the pearls of cheese on top of it. Serve hot garnished with fried onions.
