How to make pickled green chili curry for a delicious weekend meal

Green chilies (green chilies) are an essential ingredient in Indian cooking. They not only add a certain level of spiciness to a dish but also help in enhancing its flavour. And if you are someone who likes to eat spicy food, then you would know that green chillies are the perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal. This dish is made from a special variety of green chillies which are bigger than normal chillies. They are also less pungent. In this recipe, Green chilly Flavored with a melange of different spices. This green chilli curry is quick to make and tastes best when served with roti, paranthas or any Indian bread of your choice. First of all take a bowl and put chopped green chilies in it. Keep aside. Take a crusher and put mustard seeds in it. Grind them well and make a coarse powder. Add fennel and grind again. Now heat 5 tbsp mustard oil in a pan on medium heat. When the oil becomes hot, turn off the gas.

After this, mix the prepared mustard seeds and fennel powder with green chilies. Add turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt and lemon juice. Now put 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida in mustard oil. Mix well. Add this to the green chili mixture and mix everything together. Pickled green chili curry is ready!
