First, take a bowl full of sprouts and put it in a blender along with a tablespoon of water. Blend this mixture. Once a smooth paste is formed, take it out in a bowl and add rice flour, semolina, green chillies, salt and water. Mix to make dosa batter. Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes.
