Hey Vidyut Jammwal fans, did you miss seeing him on the big screen? Then the trailer of his upcoming film- IB 71 – Will definitely make your day. This is a slight departure from his usual line of films as he will not be seen performing high-octane action sequences. By IB 71Vidyut brings to you “the incredible true story of who won the Indo-Pak war of 1971”. This isn’t the only good part. The spy-thriller directed by National Award winner Sankalp Reddy also stars Anupam Kher. It is based on true events, which depicts how IB (Intelligence Bureau) agent Dev Jammwal (played by Vidyut Jammwal) executes a “top secret mission”.Defeated Pakistan with the help of 30 more agents in just 10 days. IB 71Also starring Vishal Jethwa in the lead role, will hit the theaters on May 12.
The makers unveiled the trailer on social media on Monday IB 71 summed up the plot thus: “30 agents, 10 days, and 1 top-secret mission that was hidden for 50 years! Witness the incredible true story that won us the Indo-Pak war of 1971. IB 71 is a The patriotic spy thriller, an untold story based on true events, where IB agent Dev Jammwal (Vidyut Jammwal) is on a top-secret mission to save the country.
IB 71 Vidyut’s first film as a producer. It is backed by his production banner Action Hero Films as well as Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, Reliance Entertainment and Abbas Sayyed.

Vidyut Jammwal’s performance in action films like Commando, Khuda Hafiz And Strength brought him fame. After a brief career as a model, he tried his hand at acting and was able to carve a niche for himself as an action hero. He was last seen in the sequel of his 2020 film- Khuda Hafiz: Chapter II.
