In the Digital Banking and Emerging Payments function, the bank will recruit 42 Managers, 7 Assistant General Managers and 2 Deputy General Managers. while in notice technology and MIS Sector, IDBI will recruit 33 Managers, 22 Assistant General Managers and 8 Deputy General Managers.

eligibility criteria

As per the official notification released by the bank, a candidate should have completed BE/ B.Tech in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE, B.Sc, BCA, ME/ M.Tech in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ EEE, M.Sc, MCA. , MBA, MA from Any Recognized Board or University.

If you have done MBA/PGD, IDBI wants it to be done preferably full time. Also, the undergraduate and postgraduate institutions should be recognized by the government and government bodies like AICTE, etc.

Degree recognized by the Government of India will be considered and the final result of degree diploma should be declared on or before January 1, 2023. Experience of less than six months in any organization will not be considered by IDBI for the recruitment process.

Application fee

Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC categories need to pay Rs 1000 as application fee and SC/ST category applicants need to pay Rs 200 while filling the form.

Selection Process

The selection process for the advertised post will involve preliminary scrutiny of the prescribed eligibility criteria of age, educational qualification and work experience declared by the candidate in the application form and the documents uploaded in support. After preliminary screening and without verification of documents, the candidature will be provisional for all posts/grades and subject to verification with originals.

Salary

The pay scale for Manager will start from Rs.48,170 to Rs.69,810 and for Assistant General Manager will start from Rs.63840 to Rs.78230. The salary of Deputy General Manager ranges between Rs 76,010 to Rs 89,890.
