IIM Nagpur President CP Gurnani at the launch of the institute’s satellite campus in Pune

NS Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur is set to set up its satellite campus in Pune. The institute has signed an MoU with the Central Institute of Road Transport (CIRT) which will provide the necessary infrastructure on the 108-acre campus.
The introductory courses offered are short and long term executive education programs and MBA for working professionals. Research and consultancy collaboration will also be an important feature, the institute said.
IIM Nagpur plans to create a collaborative space for relevant courses and expand its ideology of engaging scholarships and will complement the curriculum and allied activities as per the needs of the running.
Commenting on the launch of the satellite campus, CP Gurnani, MD & CEO, Tech Mahindra and Chairman, IIM Nagpur Board of Governors, said, “With a vision to model disruption by creating an ecosystem of future youth leaders, Those who are agile, flexible and ready to adapt to the dynamic business landscape to stay relevant, the setting up of the Pune campus is a step towards a new beginning in the field of management. The campus will provide a platform for industry leaders and academia to come together and shape the ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ by providing world class education and mentorship.”
