Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has achieved 100% placement rate with highest Cost-to-Company (CTC). 67.60 lakhs this year. Had an average CTC package from college 21.04 lakh per annum, which was an increase of 19% from the previous year.
Average CTC was 20 lakh per annum with an increase of 18 per cent over the previous year. the average of the top 10 percent was 34.64 lakh per annum, held by the top 25 per cent 28.25 lakh per annum and the top 50 percentile was 24.77 lakh per annum as average CTC, said a release from the institution.
The highest number of students (32%) were recruited in Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector with average CTC and maximum CTC. 21.02 lakh per annum and 32.50 lakh per annum.
IT/ITES was the second most recruited sector (23%) 21.29 Lakhs per annum on an average and the maximum CTC offered 43.43 lakh per annum, followed by Strategy & Consulting (14% recruitment, average 19.64 lakh per annum and higher 32.21 lakh per annum).
The domain of Sales and Marketing had the highest (29%) number of students with an average CTC of 20.98 LPA and highest CTC. 67.60 LPA, followed by Analytics & Consulting (28% recruitment, Avg. 19.09 LPA & above 32.21 LPA), Operations & IT (20% recruitment, Avg. 23.00 LPA & above 43.43 LPA), Financial Management (12% recruitment, average 20.87 LPA & above 32.50 LPA), General Management (11% recruitment, Avg. 22.94 LPA & above 62.00 LPA).
“Summer internship placements also hit new highs with a 16% increase in average stipend, which 1.39 lakh, and the highest stipend was 3.50 lakhs. A total of 109 companies were visited for summer placements,” the institute claimed in the release.
