New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong, and SHRM, a body of human resource professionals, have joined hands with online education company Talentage to offer courses in human resource management.
The organizations said, the program is designed to help students gain knowledge and application in human resource functions. The Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management will be a co-branded certificate from IIM Shillong and SHRM.
SHRM said that being a global HR membership organization, it will bring its expertise to the curriculum.
“The program is in sync with today’s times, where people are fast becoming a premium for every organization. This one year course is the first in HR by any IIM,” said Aditya Malik, Chief Executive and Managing Director, Talentage. Post Graduate Certificate which is backed by SHRM’s globally benchmarked curriculum and we are extremely happy to jointly launch it.
Malik said, “With Talentage’s robust learning methodologies… learners will have a seamless learning experience along with getting dual certification from IIM Shillong and SHRM.”
