Kotak Mahindra Bank in partnership with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) will set up an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Center (Kotak-IISc AI-ML Centre) at the IISc campus in Bengaluru.

Under its CSR project on Education and Livelihoods, KMBL has partnered with IISc to set up Kotak-IISc AI-ML Center (Centre). The center, spread over 140,000 square feet at IISc, Bengaluru, specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Fintech, Reinforcement Learning, Image Processing, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Speech, and Speech, a statement from Kotak Mahindra Bank said. Understanding, robotics, computational finance and risk management, cyber security, fraud analysis, blockchain, biomedical engineering and technology and healthcare.

The center will also promote research and innovation in AI and ML and develop a talent pool from across the country to provide state-of-the-art solutions to meet the emerging and futuristic requirements of the industry.

Pro. Govindan Rangarajan, Director, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) said that this initiative will help IISc expand substantially and establish India as a deep technological innovation hub.
