IIT Guwahati is offering a number of technical and management courses and programs in online format through Veranda offered by its brand Edureka. Courses Electronics and Information, Communication will be offered by technology (E&ICT) Academy.
Specialized courses in Product Management, Supply Chain and Project Management and Digital Business Management will be offered by IITs. It aims to create a pool of skilled human resources in emerging areas, IIT said in an official notice.

These courses will be co-taught by experts in the field and will include personalized career coaching, mentoring and support. Each of these new courses will include simulations, practical exercises and case studies to ensure that professionals who complete it are prepared for the next stage of their career development.
Professor Gaurav Trivedi, Principal Investigator, E&ICT Academy IIT Guwahati said, These skills are essential for improving India’s workforce as the world rapidly moves towards a digital economy. Students who successfully complete the program will receive certification from E&ICT Academy IIT Guwahati.
