IIT Kanpur will release GATE 2023 cut-off soon

GATE cut-off marks are the minimum marks required by a candidate to qualify for the entrance exam (Representational image).

IIT Kanpur will soon release GATE 2023 cut-off for all exam papers. Students appearing for the GATE exam this year will be able to check the exam cut-off on the official website- gate.iitk.ac.in.

GATE cut-off marks will be released for all the 29 papers and it will be different for all the subjects. GATE cut-off marks are the minimum marks required by a candidate to qualify for the entrance exam. The cut-off list will be released in a pdf file.

It is important to note that the cut-off score of GATE is decided on the basis of the total number of seats available, marks obtained by the candidates and number of candidates appeared in the exam. This year, two types of cut-offs will be released for GATE – one is qualifying and the other is admission cut-off.

The cut-off marks for IITs and NITs will vary according to different categories of candidates. Additionally, the GATE qualifying cut-off is released by the conducting institute along with the result.

IIT Kanpur had conducted GATE 2023 on February 4, 5, 11 and 12. As per the latest updates, IIT Kanpur has released GATE 2023 response sheet. Candidates who appeared for the GATE 2023 exam can check and download the response sheet on the official website, To access the GATE response sheet, candidates need to enter their enrollment number and password. The response sheet will help the students to evaluate their paper, understand their mistakes and get an idea about their marks.

As per the schedule, the provisional answer key for GATE 2023 will be released on February 21. Challenges, if any, by candidates on GATE 2023 provisional answer keys can be submitted from February 22 to February 25. The same results will come. Will be declared on 16th March and the scorecard will be available to the candidates on 21st March.
