‘In the name of freedom of expression’: Colonial mindset forces obstructing India’s development journey, says PM Modi India News – Times of India

“Efforts are being made to deprive developing countries of the same resources and avenues of development, which were once used by developed countries for their development,” he said.
“India is the only country which is on track to achieve the goals of Paris Agreement ahead of schedule. Despite this efforts are being made to pressurize India in the name of environment. It is the result of colonial mindset.” said.
The Prime Minister also accused the forces within the country of having a colonial mindset and accused them of obstructing the country’s growth story.
PM Modi said, ‘Unfortunately in our country too, due to this kind of mentality, obstacles are being stuck in the path of development. Sometimes they do this in the name of freedom of expression and sometimes they use some other excuse to do so.
