Edgbaston| India’s new no. 3 And the Sydney hero has played a Test match that he would like to forget as soon as possible. with Rohit Sharma out of the final test match, Cheteshwar Pujara And Shubman Gill opened the innings with Hanuma Vihari to bat at No. Hanuma Vihari, who has been performing very disappointingly at the international level, could not make any significant contribution in the final Test match which will decide the series.
Vihari scored only 31 runs in 94 balls in both the innings. Vihari first exploded on the international stage when he made his Test debut in 2018 against England at the Kennington Oval. Vihari did quite well in that series and had some decent performances after that when India traveled to Australia for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. But since then, he has struggled to make any significant contribution to India both at home and away.
