Former all-rounder Irfan Pathan on Wednesday heaped praise on India pacer famous Krishna for his brilliant spell in the second ODI of three matches against West Indies at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.

Rohit Sharma And his side won the second ODI by 44 runs and took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.

Famous Krishna’s four-wicket haul helped India defend 237 runs and beat West Indies by 44 runs in the second ODI.

Irfan Pathan tweeted, “The famous Krishna was excellent today. Nice to see the thin fast bowler progressing well. Welcome to Team India.”

Earlier, Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul Even though innings of 64 and 49 were played, the hosts kept on losing wickets at regular intervals and in the end, West Indies restricted India to 237/9 in the allotted fifty overs.

Alzarri Joseph and Odeon Smith took two wickets each for West Indies.
