Union External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar during an interaction at IFRI in Paris on February 22, France said that despite significant progress in several friction points, there are some points which are still to be resolved and India will not agree to change . remain so. “There were 13 rounds of discussions by the commanders of our army, which focused on disengagement.
