India, Madagascar sign MoU on tele-education and tele-medicine. News – Times of India Videos

The Government of Madagascar and Telecom Consultants India Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for participation in the Pan African e-Network project named e-VBAB or e-VidyaBharati and e-ArogyaBharati. The Minister of Higher Education of Madagascar, Elia Beatrice, signed the MoU at the premises of the Ministry of Higher Education in Antananarivo, Madagascar in the presence of Abhay Kumar, Ambassador of India to the Comoros and Madagascar. From India, a total of 26 universities are participating in the e-VBAB network project, offering more than 300 courses in Management, Computer Science, Commerce, Science, Health Care, Humanities and Arts. The details of courses are available on iLearn portal. On completion of the course, students will be given a soft copy of the degree or certificate and the hard copy will be sent by post.
